Liam Gallagher has said he wants an Oasis reunion "for the fans".
The Britpop band broke up in 2009 following the frontman and his brother Noel falling out. Rumours that the group are getting back together have circulated since their split, escalating when Liam's post-Oasis band Beady Eye broke up in 2014.
Liam told Q magazine: ""I believe Oasis will sail again and it'll be glorious. If it's really about the fans, Noel, let's do it - because they want it. One year. Tour for a year. We'd smash it. My bags are still packed from my last tour, so I'm ready."
Despite seeming keen to get back with his brother and old bandmates, however, Liam also said he didn't want to be in a band with Noel, as Female First reports.
"Do you think I want to be in a band with [him]? He says 'Liam has to change'. Get to fuck... If the guy doesn't want me back in our band then I don't want to either.
"I don't want to be in a band with someone who doesn't want me."
He also accused his brother of having "small man syndrome", saying: "Every fucking soundcheck he'd stand in the middle and sing."
